If you follow what we tell you here, catching Pokemon in Pokemon Sword & Shield is gonna be way easier for you, because the Pokemon you’re trying to catch will stop fainting on you. With all that said, let’s show you how to catch Pokemon easier in Pokemon Sword & Shield.
How to Make Catching Pokemon Easier in Pokemon Sword & Shield?
To catch Pokemon easier in Pokemon Sword & Shield, go to Motostoke. From the Pokemon Center at the entrance, go to the left and cross the bridge. Keep going left until you see the big cog in the background. Use the elevator below said cog to reach the upper level, and head straight into the other Pokemon center that you can see in front of you. Talk to the twin vendor on the right to see the list of attacks that he sells. The one you want to buy is TM94 False Swipe. It’ll cost you ten grand, but it’s worth the money.
Now, how exactly does False Swipe make catching Pokemon easier in Pokemon Sword & Shield. Well, as its description reads: “A restrained attack that prevents the target from fainting. The target is left with at least 1 HP.” The lower the health of the wild Pokemon you’re trying to catch, the easier it becomes to catch. However, if you accidentally overdo it, the Pokemon you’re trying to catch is going to faint, and you miss out on the chance. With False Swipe, this simply can’t happen. Instead, your target will stay at 1 HP, making it easier to catch.
