Hot Crossfire Buns and Thousand-Layer Cookies in Destiny 2 Season of Dawn are holiday treats you can make during The Dawning event and take them to Ada-1 and Riven, respectively. Both the Thousand-Layer Cookies and Hot Crossfire Buns recipes are new, added in Destiny 2 The Dawning 2019. So, I’m sure a lot of you are wondering how to make these two types of cookies. And that’s exactly what we’ll show you in our Destiny 2 Hot Crossfire Buns & Thousand-Layer Cookie Recipes Dawning guide.
How to Make Hot Crossfire Buns Treat in Destiny 2 Dawning 2019 for Ada-1?
To make Hot Crossfire Buns in Destiny 2 Dawning, the treat for Ada-1, these are the three ingredients you’ll need: Ether Cane, Balanced Flavor, and Essence of Dawning. We know how to get the Essence of Dawning now, so let’s concentrate on the other two ingredients. Ether Cane drops from Fallen enemies. I doubt you’ll have trouble finding those. Lastly, Balanced Flavor comes from scoring kills with Bows, Snipers, and / or Scout Rifles.
Destiny 2 Dawning Thousand-Layer Cookie for Riven – How to Make?
To make the Thousand-Layer Cookie for Riven in the Destiny 2 Dawning event, you’ll need three ingredients. These ingredients are Taken Butter, Delicious Explosion and Essence of Dawning. Taken Butter, as you might guess from the name, drops from killing Taken enemies. And yes, the name is very gross. As for Delicious Explosion, you get that ingredient by scoring kills with Explosion kills. This includes Class Grenades, Rocket Launchers and Grenade Launchers. Lastly, Essence of Dawning drop from any activity or bounty that you complete while The Dawning lasts.
When you have the ingredients you need, simply use Eva’s oven to bake the cookies and take them to the appropriate NPCs. As far as we can tell, this is not a direct necessity to get the Alpine Dash Exotic Sparrow. However, they do count towards the total Gifts Given counter, which you’ll need 300 of. So, might as well get to baking anything and everything.
EDIT: Huge thanks to our lovely readers Art and Johnathan for pointing my mistake out. The article has been amended and the info should now be correct.
