Nioh 2 Core Score trophy / achievement is one of the many trophies that you can unlock in the game. To obtain the Core Score trophy in Nioh 2, you’re gonna have to jump through a few hoops, but it’s nothing too bad. Still, you might be having some trouble figuring it out, especially if you’re new to Nioh. That being the case, in our Core Score Trophy – How to Get in Nioh 2 guide, we’ll explain how to obtain the achievement.
Nioh 2 How to Get Core Score Trophy / Achievement?
To get the Core Score trophy in Nioh 2, you have to purify a Soul Core. Now, first off, how does one get Soul Cores? Well, they drop from a variety of powerful Yokai, especially boss Yokai, like Mezuki. Once you have a Soul Core, take it to a Shrine and purify it. Once you do, you’ll be able to attune it and use it to your advantage, since Soul Cores are instrumental in giving you new and improved Yokai abilities. Just keep in mind that you won’t get the trophy when you get the Core, only when you purify it.
Another method of purifying Soul Cores that we’ve come across is simply completing the mission. The first Soul Core we got was by defeating Mezuki. We then finished the mission, and the Mezuki Soul Core was purified automatically. That’s how we got the Core Score Trophy ourselves. And speaking of Soul Cores, they are also necessary for obtaining the Kodama Soul Core and the Friend to the Kodama trophy. For more info on that, check out our Kodama Soul Core – How to Get in Nioh 2 – Friend to the Kodama Trophy guide.
We’ve got a number of other Nioh 2 guides for you to check out, including Kodama Locations in Forest Veiled In Darkness and Kodama Locations in Village of Cursed Blossoms. So, give those a gander if you need further assistance. And stay tuned, because there’s more guides coming.
