The good thing is that they are aware of the problems and working to resolve it. Here’s a message from the Ubisoft Support team’s official Twitter account:

According to their official notice, there is a delivery delay for digital content purchased via the Ubisoft Store. It appears that this includes new subscribers to Ubisoft Connect, as well.

We are aware of delays in processing some orders. It may take up to 24 hours for your content to appear on the account.
